Shipping policy

Shipping fees are visible at checkout. TFS Products Oy reserves the right for changes in shipping fees.

Delivery Time
Experience the uniqueness of craftsmanship with our handcrafted leather bags, each item requiring a delivery time of 10 to 21 days due to its distinctiveness and artisanal essence.

Delivery to Finland
Products are delivered via Matkahuolto to the nearest pickup point of the address provided. In Helsinki a bicycle courier option and pickup appointments are also available. (Handcrafted Goods Delivery times vary between 7-21 days)

Delivery worldwide
Products are delivered worldwide via Posti, UPS, and Express Mail Service (EMS). Options for your area provided at checkout. Shipping fees are between 20€ and 50€ depending on your location and chosen delivery options. Delivery times vary between 3-21 days.

Customs duties and import fees for International orders (non-EU)
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are separate from the product price and shipping cost and may vary based on destination country regulations. For more information on potential fees, please contact your local customs office.

Tracking orders
When an order is packed and processed for shipping, customers are notified by e-mail to the address provided. The e-mail includes the courier used, a tracking number and instructions on how to track the order


Most of our products are made in small batches and arrive to our workshop by friday, therefore shippings are generally also on Fridays.

Domestic orders
Delivery time is around 7 weekdays if a product is available directly. TFS Products Oy is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as shipping companies.

Worldwide orders
Shippings on Fridays when the products arrive to our studio. Delivery time varies on destination country and chosen delivery options, but generally is about 3-21 weekdays. TFS Products Oy is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as shipping companies.

If an order delay is caused directly by TFS Products Oy, customer has the right to cancel the order. An order must be canceled by e-mail or by letter (contact details at the end of this page) and cancellations must include order number, canceled product and customer’s contact information. Customer receives a full refund on returned orders.

If a product is out of stock, please enquire for restock time from us (contact details at the end of this page).

If a product has been lost or damaged during shipping or the customer has received a different product than ordered, the customer has to contact TFS Products Oy immediately by e-mail (contact details at the end of this page).

The announcement for a faulty or wrong product has to be made within 14 days after receiving the product.
